Dr. K Sudhakar has always been an eternal optimist. He always had the vision to serve people and worked towards it. Dr. K Sudhakar is the managing director of Sudha Hospital, a chain of Fertility and women's care centers, they are well known for their excellent results and holistic approach.
Dr. K Sudhakar took over Sudha Hospitals with its branch in Erode and Coimbatore and spread it across with over 19 branches achieved in 2022. Sudha Hospital has its branches at Chennai, Kovai, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Madurai, Dharmapuri, Dindigul, Karaikudi, Karur, Thanjavur, Tirunelveli, Vijayawada, Trichy, Vellore, Pondicherry, Theni, Krishnagiri, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. Sudha Hospital is known for providing state-of-the-art healthcare and is the largest hospital in Erode.

Dr.K.Sudhakar is also the Vice Chairman of CII Erode, President of Erode District Basketball association and Vice President of SPCA Erode (Society for prevention of cruelty to animals). He is also the founder Chairman of Erodai, an NGO involved in various social activities, and the Chairman of Tetra Hospital Suppliers.
Following the successful cleansing of the two main canals running through Erode, Erodai became a separate NGO indulging in the following activities
Total amount spend for community service activities in 5 years is Rs 4,20,000,00/-(Four Crores and twenty lakhs). Sudha Hospitals is a partnership firm and it is not mandatory to do CSR.
